Access

Half Moon aims to be an inclusive theatre organisation. As such we provide opportunities accessible to all.

This website has tools built in to make it more accessible. Click here to find out more.

Our Building

Half Moon is a fully accessible building. The auditorium is fitted with a loop system. Touch Tours are available prior to all plays in our season upon request. An audio CD/large print version of all publicity is available.

Youth Theatres

Half Moon runs six fully inclusive Youth Theate groups. We will discuss access needs with prospective members and provide the appropriate support to enable young people of all abilities to participate in the group. In addition we run a specialist group for disabled teenagers. Click here for more information.

Tower Hamlets Summer University

Each year Half Moon is an operational partner for Tower Hamlets Summer University, running week long courses with young people with disabilities and sensory impairments. Click here for more information.

Work in Schools

Half Moon works in partnership with schools delivering specialist workshops and residencies in Special Schools. We deliver projects in partnership with schools, or specialist units within mainstream schools which meet and complement each individual school's needs. Click here for more information.

If you would like further information about our work with young people with disabilities call us on 020 7265 8138, fax us on 020 7709 8914, or email us on admin@halfmoon.org.uk
