About Us > Technical Information

Below is ‘at a glance’ information for the companies coming to perform at Half Moon.

Arrival Time
The get in must be agreed in advance.

Loading and Parking
Access up one flight of stairs - please advise of any very heavy/large items. No car park on site but pay and display parking available immediately outside the theatre. Please note street parking is free after 5.30pm and during weekends.

Boy operating sound and lighting panel

Technician
One technician available for get-ins/outs - can also operate lighting and/or sound for your show. Contact Fred Beaufort, Technical & Production Manager on 020 7709 8911 (fax: 020 7709 8914) or email him

Lighting
General cover will be pre-rigged. Please contact us with any specific lighting requirements at least two weeks in advance.

Sound
1minidisc player, 1 CD player and 1 cassette deck available. For microphones monitor speakers or any other sound requirements, please contact us in advance.

Dressing Room
One lockable dressing room available.
Tea and coffee making facilities provided.
Toilets adjacent to dressing room.

Seating/Auditorium Configuration
Seating will be end-on, using tiered seating banks with low benches and cushions in front of them unless otherwise agreed at time of booking.

The auditorium can seat 66-90 people if the end-on configuration is used.

Front of House Details
Half Moon will organise all front of house responsibilities. Should you wish to provide any literature or displays, please ensure that Half Moon have been notified in advance.

On arrival please ensure that any merchandising, including programme sales, have been discussed with the Duty Manager.

The house must be open to the public at least 15 minutes before the show begins to alow time for Touch Tours.
