Half Moon is more than just a small core team of staff. We work with over 100 freelance creatives each year, from theatre, dance or spoken word practitioners to writers and workshop facilitators. This section offers examples of the work we produce, which is dependent on many inspirational and skilled artists and creatives at different stages of their careers. There is also information about the opportunities for theatre professionals to join us. Much of the work featured on this page of the website is explored more fully on our Stages of Half Moon archive website.

Artists Call Out

Half Moon Theatre is looking for new partners to join its successful Half Moon Presents portfolio of new work for young audiences.

Do you have ambitions to develop innovative small-scale touring work for young people, from babies to teenagers? We wish to support and showcase new work and new ideas from arts makers across diverse artforms (theatre, spoken word/poetry, dance, digital media) which will excite and challenge audiences and artists alike.

Deadline for submissions is 10am on 13 October 2017
