Participant Information
Half Moon’s family learning programme, Creative Play aims to create a supportive, safe, and creative environment for families within the local community, addressing key themes of social, emotional, and behavioural development for children, while positively impacting parental mental health and well-being.
The sessions will invite you and your young person to take part in creative activities to go on an imaginative journey together. All activities can be adapted to suit yours and your young persons needs and the tutors delivering the session will support you with this.
Duration: There will be 1, 1 hour session for 10 weeks.
Locations: Sessions will be held at the Half Moon Theatre.
These sessions are aiming to engage with more families in the community, explore the differences the two environments have on the sessions, particularly in regard to accessibility and the level of safety felt, and how we can tailor the sessions to meet the requirements of the participants.
