CPD: Staff Management

This in-person, three hour course explores mentoring, coaching or line managing fellow teachers. 

During the course, participants will explore creative ways of assessing the needs of individual mentees, of providing feedback on their teaching practice, and of structuring and delivering impactful one–to–one mentoring sessions. 

This course would be particularly useful for any teachers who are mentors for ECTs or have a line management or coaching duty for other teachers. 

The session is free for all Tower Hamlets school staff (teachers, TAs, Learning Mentors etc.) and there are a limited number of spaces for teachers working outside borough. See below for prices.
