An environmental impact workshop to learn about the carbon footprint of key ingredients of our cuisines.

Using Latin American cuisine as inspiration, participants will learn the environmental impact of producing and transporting avocados and options to reduce the carbon footprint with a how-to kit to grow avocado seeds into a plant at home.

This event is FREE to attend, but please book as places are limited.

This workshop runs alongside performances of Súper Chefs, an interactive family musical exploring family, food, and gender roles.
