“World class. Doesn’t compare to anything my daughter has seen. So engaging, educating and exciting.”
“So beautifully sung, simply staged, accessible and feels genuinely aimed at young audiences. No pressure to keep them silent or in their seats.”

A very first opera for babies and grownups that explores the magic of nature. Combining the joy of gentle classical singing and sensory play, it is an invitation to see beauty in the smallest things and to let plants be our guides.
Celebrate the gift of nature as they conjure a world out of breath, water, sunlight and soil in this magical musical adventure for 0- 2s.
Hurly Burly Theatre make playful theatrical experiences for babies and adults with classical singing at their heart. They make shows where babies are free to be themselves and grown-ups have a chance to relax, bond and play.
The show’s development has been supported by The Egg (Theatre Royal Bath), Portsmouth Guildhall and Watermans Arts Centre as well as Arts Council England.
Early booking is advised as this show has a limited capacity.
All seating is unreserved. All performances are relaxed performances and blind and visually impaired audiences can pre-book touch tours prior to all performances. Find out more about how to find us, access and some FAQs about your visit. If the show you want to see is sold out, you can join our waiting list and we will get in touch if any tickets become available.
