From a small room accommodating 12 people, to the main studio theatre with a capacity for up to 90, we have something that will suit most requirements. With very competitive rates and excellent transport links, we’re a great choice for hosting your event.
- Theatre: A flexible black box studio space fully equipped with LED lighting, sound and projection equipment and retractable raked bench seating. Up to 90 people unseated, 60-85 seated (depending on the age and make-up of the audience).
- Upper Studio: A flexible space for rehearsals, auditions, meetings and group sessions. Up to 35 people, full LED lighting rig, Yamaha Clavinova, PA system, projector and projection screen.
- Red Room: A versatile space for meetings, auditions, and events of up to 12 people. It has an electric piano and projection facilities.
- Foyer: Up to 60 for a launch or event, 15 for meetings.
- Workshop: For design, building and painting.
- Assistance: Technical assistance available upon request.
- Access: Half Moon is a fully accessible venue.
Our Spaces for Hire
Sound and technical assistance is also available, but please note that if you wish to use our technical facilities you must also hire a technician. There may be an additional charge for the use of certain technical equipment.
All spaces are available at half day, day and weekly hire rates. Spaces are available Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm, please call us to discuss hires outside of these hours.

Located near Limehouse station on the DLR line between Canary Wharf (9 mins) and Bank (5 mins) our venue has excellent transport links. The Central, Northern and Waterloo and City lines of the London underground network, are just 5 minutes away on the DLR, so our venue is easily accessible.
